Who we are. fightlog is operated by Fight Log LLC, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described below.
What we collect. Email, profile details you provide (display name, username, city, discipline), and the training sessions you log. We also collect basic usage telemetry and device/IP information for security and product improvement.
What we share. Sessions you mark Public are visible to anyone authenticated. Sessions marked Followers are visible only to your followers. Private sessions are visible only to you.
Third parties. We use cloud infrastructure to host data and email providers to send transactional mail. For paid Champion memberships, we share order data (email, billing address, transaction details) with our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who processes payments, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
Your controls. You can change session privacy any time, block other users, export your data, or delete your account from Settings. You also have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — email us at support@fightlog.live.
Retention. Deleting your account permanently removes your sessions, profile, follows, likes, and comments. Billing records held by Paddle are retained as required by law.
Security. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data.
