0. Who we are. fightlog is operated by Fight Log LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and form a contract with Fight Log LLC.
1. What fightlog is. fightlog is a personal training journal and social feed for combat sports athletes. It is NOT a service for arranging in-person training, sparring, or meetups with strangers.
2. Your responsibility. Any in-person training you arrange with anyone you encounter through fightlog is entirely your own responsibility and risk. We do not vet, screen, verify, or background-check users.
3. Acceptable use. You may not use fightlog to harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, solicit meetups, or post explicit content (including gore). Violations result in removal and may be reported to authorities.
4. Account. You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
5. Content. You retain rights to what you post. By posting publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within fightlog.
6. Termination. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or pose a security or fraud risk.
7. Subscriptions & payments. Champion membership is billed monthly or yearly with a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. No warranty. Service provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
